I just love it when Sammy “Houston” Farha kicks the shit out of Poker Brat Phil Hellmuth. The tirade at the end is free – and that’s just gorgeous! ^^
Beautiful comment by the commentator: “You know Phil, that’s what we call gambling”.
HAHAHHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ELEVENISH!!!1
I have to admit, David Williams makes a play unworthy of a Final Table – but so does Josh Arieh with his silly re-raise, wanting to play a flop in this stage of a tournament with AK. David lowers his percentage of winning the hand significantly by doing two things:
1. Allowing the flop to get there – which means allowing overcards to hit, and basicly depending on flopping a set to continue (which does not justify putting in 30% of your chips pre-flop).
2. Checking in the dark. Yes, Marcel Luske does it – but he’s a funny Dutch guy; David is not.
Still, I’d like to conclude by saying Josh Arieh is a douchebag, and I love seeing him lose pots.
These photos are made by Hung Tran, and show up-and-coming Belgian superstar Laurens De Smet at the Unibet Open in London. The Unibet Open tournaments are great, and so is Laurens!

Not only does Vanessa “Lady Maverick” Rousso look beautiful, she just won a couple million at the EPT in Monte Carlo. She’s obviously a great player – but when she says stuff like: “He’s not gonna call my pushes”.
Euh….
Right…
Great job by whoever is her make-up artist, though.
This is a pretty sick hand, especially when the flop came a King. Barry Greenstein got really unlucky there, but what can Sam Farha do? He’s stuck with KK — and he’s hoping for Barry to fold AK, AQs or QQ.
Sick sick sick.
Needless to say that didn’t really work out too well.
