I have to admit, David Williams makes a play unworthy of a Final Table – but so does Josh Arieh with his silly re-raise, wanting to play a flop in this stage of a tournament with AK. David lowers his percentage of winning the hand significantly by doing two things:

1. Allowing the flop to get there – which means allowing overcards to hit, and basicly depending on flopping a set to continue (which does not justify putting in 30% of your chips pre-flop).

2. Checking in the dark. Yes,  Marcel Luske does it – but he’s a funny Dutch guy; David is not.

Still, I’d like to conclude by saying Josh Arieh is a douchebag, and I love seeing him lose pots.
